About the Journal

Philosopher’s Compass is a quarterly journal dedicated to interdisciplinary philosophy. As a platform for peer-reviewed research, it aims to promote dialogue between philosophy and other disciplines and transcend gaps between philosophical traditions.

We value originality, rigor, and interdisciplinarity. To foster these values, we welcome research articles in philosophy as well as those that apply philosophical methods to other disciplines, such as design or technology.

Our contributors range from advanced undergraduate students to globally influential philosophers, reflecting our commitment to enriching academic philosophy with diverse and bold perspectives. So far, we have published around 100,000 words of cutting-edge research. Most of our authors hold a PhD or other terminal degree.
